Refund Policy

At LUMA TURKISH TOWELS, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for freshly purchased, unused, and undamaged items within 7 days from the date of payment.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or altered.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved, your refund will be issued as store credit to LUMA TURKISH TOWELS. The store credit will be sent to the email address associated with your order and can be used toward a future purchase.

Please note that we do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a  store credit and place a new order.
